ingredients:
- 3/4 cup smul choc chip sea salt high protein granola
- 1/2 cup medjool dates (soaked for 1 hour in warm water)
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut, plus extra for coating
- 2 tablespoons smul chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter / vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
instructions:
- Put all ingredients, except granola, into a food processor and blend for a few minutes until everything has come together into a slightly sticky dough.
- Add granola to dough mixture and mix well.
- Roll a tablespoon of the mixture at a time into a ball and set aside on a plate.
- In a bowl, coat each ball in desiccated coconut.
- Put balls into an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer.
