Plus, they’re versatile enough to fit any taste preference with options like cafe-latte, salted caramel, or chocolate protein powder.

  1. Put all ingredients, except granola, into a food processor and blend for a few minutes until everything has come together into a slightly sticky dough.
  2. Add granola to dough mixture and mix well.
  3. Roll a tablespoon of the mixture at a time into a ball and set aside on a plate.
  4. In a bowl, coat each ball in desiccated coconut.
  5. Put balls into an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer.
