Ingredients:
- 100g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp smul Protein Granola (Chocolate Chip Sea Salt)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp dried coconut
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 50–60°C (low setting).
- Place chocolate on a lined tray & melt in oven (5–10 mins).
- Remove and spread to desired thickness.
- Top with granola, seeds, nuts, and coconut.
- Gently press toppings in.
- Chill in fridge for 20–30 mins.
Break into shards & enjoy!
