Ingredients:

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp smul Protein Granola (Chocolate Chip Sea Salt)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp dried coconut

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 50–60°C (low setting).
  2. Place chocolate on a lined tray & melt in oven (5–10 mins).
  3. Remove and spread to desired thickness.
  4. Top with granola, seeds, nuts, and coconut.
  5. Gently press toppings in.
  6. Chill in fridge for 20–30 mins.

Break into shards & enjoy!
