- ½ cup oats (50g)
- ½ banana, mashed (50g)
- 1 medium carrot, finely grated
- 1 serving smul Caramel Protein
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- ¾ cup milk of choice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix all ingredients in an oven safe dish.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes until golden and set.
- Top with yoghurt and chopped walnuts for extra creaminess + crunch.
