Here’s the recipe (1 serving):

  • ½ cup oats (50g)
  • ½ banana, mashed (50g)
  • 1 medium carrot, finely grated
  • 1 serving smul Caramel Protein
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix all ingredients in an oven safe dish.
  3. Bake for 20-23 minutes until golden and set.
  4. Top with yoghurt and chopped walnuts for extra creaminess + crunch.
Meal prep tip:

Multiply the ingredients and bake in a larger dish, then portion and store for up to 4 days. Just reheat and top when ready!
