1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (Local): 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping (Local): 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery might take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or extreme weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the courier service's website. If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 days of your order shipping, please contact us at info@smul.com.

smul is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

smul is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
