Say hello to your new snack favourite: chocolate chip protein muffins. They're perfect for keeping you going, whether you're off to work or just hanging out at home.
Make a batch in advance, and you'll have a delicious grab-and-go treat ready whenever you need it!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 & 1/2 cups Oat flour
- 1/2 cup @smul.lifestyle vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup oat milk
- 1/ 4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Mix Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla in a bowl
- Add oat flour, protein powder and baking powder.
- Stir in milk and fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop the batter into muffin tins.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes or until a fork comes out clean
- Let cool and enjoy!
