Say hello to your new snack favourite: chocolate chip protein muffins. They're perfect for keeping you going, whether you're off to work or just hanging out at home.

Make a batch in advance, and you'll have a delicious grab-and-go treat ready whenever you need it! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup honey 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 & 1/2 cups Oat flour 
  • 1/2 cup @smul.lifestyle vanilla protein powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 1/ 4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla in a bowl
  2. Add oat flour, protein powder and baking powder.
  3. Stir in milk and fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop the batter into muffin tins.
  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes or until a fork comes out clean
  6. Let cool and enjoy!
