Ingredients (1 serving):

  • ½ cup frozen mango (vitamin C & beta-carotene)
  • ½ cup spinach or kale (antioxidants & fiber)
  • ½ banana (natural energy boost)
  • ½ tsp ginger (immune support)
  • ¾ cup coconut water (hydration & electrolytes)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (omega-3s & gut health)

  • 1 smul caramel scoop protein powder (optional, for recovery)

Method:

  1. To prepare your smoothie bowl freezer bags - Add the mango, banana, spinach (or kale), and ginger to a freezer-safe bag or container. Seal and store in the freezer.
  2. To make your smoothie bowl - add the contents of one freezer bag to a blender, along with coconut water, chia seeds, turmeric, and protein powder.
