What’s more, it’s a breeze to customize with your favorite flavors. We’ve opted for strawberry to capture that nostalgic strawberry shortcake vibe. And the best part? It’s foolproof! You can’t go wrong with this one.
Perfect for a warm spring or summers day, this yogurt bar makes an ideal midday pick-me-up and a high-protein snack.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480g) plain yogurt OR plant-based yogurt for a plant-based option
- 37g smul strawberry protein powder
- 1 cup smul cocoa strawberry wholegrain granola
- Fresh fruit
Instructions:
- Prepare: Line a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper.
- Mix: Combine the yogurt and strawberry protein powder in a mixing bowl.
- Spread: Evenly spread the mixture on the baking sheet to about 1cm thick.
- Top: Here is where you can get creative! Sprinkle your toppings of choice over the top. We recommend using the smul cocoa strawberry wholegrain granola of your choice to add a delicious crunch, along with some fresh fruit.
- Freeze: Freeze for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut and Serve: Cut into pieces and let thaw slightly before eating.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
