Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond butter or unsweetened peanut butter
1/4 cup raw honey
1 large egg
1 serving (37g) smul strawberry protein powder
1 cup self-raising flour
1/4 cup fresh strawberries (or try freeze-dried!)
handful of white chocolate chips of choice
Instructions:
1.Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/356°F and line a pan with parchment paper/baking paper.
2.Mix together the egg, honey and peanut butter.
3.Add the strawberry protein powder and mix together with the self-raising flour and strawberries.
4.Add white chocolate chips of choice.
5.Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until desired firmness.
Top it off with smul cocoa strawberry granola for crunch! Enjoy!
