strawberry cottage cheese - cheesecake pots

This high-protein, gut-friendly recipe is the perfect make-ahead breakfast or nourishing dessert. Packed with wholesome ingredients and full of feel-good flavor, it’s easy to prep, easy to love, and guaranteed to keep you satisfied.


Ingredients (per serving)

  • 30g smul cocoa strawberry granola
  • 100g cottage cheese
  • 50g yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp lemon zest
  • 60g strawberries


Method:

  1. Add smul granola to a blender or food processor and blend into a fine crumb.
  2. Add to the bottom of a glass jar, reserving a teaspoon for the top.
  3. Add your cottage cheese, yoghurt, honey or maple syrup, and lemon zest to the blender and blend until smooth. 
  4. Mash your strawberries with a fork, then gently swirl through the cheesecake filling.
  5. Add the cheesecake filling onto your granola crust, then add the reserved granola on top.
