Ingredients (per serving)
- 30g smul cocoa strawberry granola
- 100g cottage cheese
- 50g yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tbsp lemon zest
- 60g strawberries
Method:
- Add smul granola to a blender or food processor and blend into a fine crumb.
- Add to the bottom of a glass jar, reserving a teaspoon for the top.
- Add your cottage cheese, yoghurt, honey or maple syrup, and lemon zest to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Mash your strawberries with a fork, then gently swirl through the cheesecake filling.
- Add the cheesecake filling onto your granola crust, then add the reserved granola on top.
