ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna, drained 
  • 4 sheets round rice paper
  • 1 cup water for dipping the rice paper
  • 1-2 cups rainbow slaw (contains cabbage, spinach, carrot and coriander)
  • ½ cup cucumber strips
  •  optional * Asian dressing Woolworths 

instructions:

  1. Divide the tuna into four equal portions, then set aside.
  2. Prepare the rice paper rolls: In a shallow dish, pour 1 cup of water. Dip one sheet of rice paper in the water for a few seconds until it softens. Lay the softened rice paper flat on a clean surface or plate.
  3. Assemble the rolls: Place a small handful of rainbow slaw (cabbage, spinach, carrot, and coriander) on the rice paper, followed by a portion of tuna, a few strips of cucumber, and a drizzle of optional Asian dressing for extra flavour.
  4. Fold and roll: Carefully fold in the sides of the rice paper and then roll tightly from the bottom up, ensuring the ingredients are securely wrapped. Repeat this process for the remaining sheets of rice paper to make 4 rolls in total.
