A refreshing, protein-packed breakfast or snack that's as nourishing as it is delicious. With a creamy matcha chia base, thick Greek yoghurt, juicy raspberries, and a granola topping, it's the perfect balance of texture and flavor. Quick to prep and easy to layer, this wholesome parfait is ideal for meal prep or a vibrant start to your day.

Ingredients (per serving)

  • 15g smul Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 20g chia seeds
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • ½ cup milk
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • Raspberries
  • 20g smul Cocoa Strawberry Granola

Method

  1. Add the smul vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, matcha and milk to a bowl and mix to combine. Add some honey or maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Once thickened, layer the matcha chia pudding and yoghurt in a jar or glass, top with raspberries and smul's cocoa strawberry granola.
