Makes 3 servings
ingredients:
- 2 tsp almond nut butter
- 1 servings smul vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2 cups smul vanilla blueberry wholegrain granola
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (adjust for consistency)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a square baking dish with parchment/baking paper.
- In a bowl, combine almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Warm slightly if the mixture is too thick.
- In another bowl, mix crumbed smul wholegrain granola and smul vanilla protein powder.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the lined baking dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Slice into bars before it cools. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
