In under 5 minutes, you can enjoy a warm, fluffy treat that’s both delicious and nutritious. With just a handful of simple ingredients like smul’s vanilla protein powder, almond nut butter, and a touch of vanilla, this quick dessert is perfect for busy days when you need a speedy snack or a post-workout boost. 


No need for fancy equipment or long baking times—just mix, microwave, and enjoy!

ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp smul vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cake flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp almond nut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp almond milk/milk of choice
  • *plant-based chocolate chips

instructions:

  1. Spray a mug with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine vanilla protein powder, flour and baking powder in your mug.
  3. Add in the almond nut butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup and milk. Mix it up well!
  4. Microwave for 60 seconds
  5. Allow to cool and top it off with extra nut butter and smul choc chip protein granola for that extra crunch. Enjoy!
