ingredients:
- 2 tbsp smul vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp cake flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp almond nut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp almond milk/milk of choice
- *plant-based chocolate chips
instructions:
- Spray a mug with non-stick spray.
- Combine vanilla protein powder, flour and baking powder in your mug.
- Add in the almond nut butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup and milk. Mix it up well!
- Microwave for 60 seconds
