5 Minute Protein Packed Ramen Bowl

Instant noodles turned into a protein packed, cozy bowl of ramen in just 5 minutes! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack instant noodles
  • 300ml boiling water
  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk or yoghurt

You can add whatever toppings you have on hand - here’s what we did:

  • 150g tofu
  • 50g edamame
  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Coriander
  • Crispy onions
  • Spring onions
  • Chilli oil


Method: 

  1. Add your instant noodles to the boiling water along with miso, soya sauce, and coconut milk. Cover until the noodles have softened, then stir well.
  2. Add the noodles to a bowl, then add as much of the broth as you like.
  3. Add your toppings and tuck in!
