Instant noodles turned into a protein packed, cozy bowl of ramen in just 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
- 1 pack instant noodles
- 300ml boiling water
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp coconut milk or yoghurt
You can add whatever toppings you have on hand - here’s what we did:
- 150g tofu
- 50g edamame
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
- Sugar snap peas
- Coriander
- Crispy onions
- Spring onions
- Chilli oil
Method:
- Add your instant noodles to the boiling water along with miso, soya sauce, and coconut milk. Cover until the noodles have softened, then stir well.
- Add the noodles to a bowl, then add as much of the broth as you like.
- Add your toppings and tuck in!
