Whether you’re looking for something light, cooling, or bursting with summer flavours, these recipes have you covered. Let’s make this summer as delicious as it is sunny!
1.) Chocolate blueberry overnight oats 🫐
- smul chocolate protein (1 serving)
- Toppings: 1 smul blueberry cashew protein bar, chopped and a handful of blueberries
Strawberries and cream overnight oats 🍓🍰
- smul strawberry protein powder (1 serving)
- Toppings: a few chopped strawberries and 1 tbsp coconut yougurt or coconut cream
Oats base:
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 3/4 cup almond milk
To make the oats
- Add all your base ingredients (oats, almond milk & protein) to a jar of your choice and mix, then place in the fridge overnight
- In the morning remove and top with your toppings !
2.) 6 Ingredient Caramel and Chocolate Protein Mug Cake
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 serving of smul caramel protein powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4-1/2 cup of almond milk
- chocolate chips (these are measured with the heart)
- Combine all your ingredients in a mug and top with some chocolate chips.
- Place in the microwave for 1 minute until the cake expands.
- Heat for a further 2 min, checking after every 10-20 sec then remove and enjoy with some vegan caramel ice cream 🍦
3.) Single serving easy nachos 🍅🥑
- 1 serving of smul chilli non carne ready-to-heat meal
- A few handfuls of nachos
- Toppings of choice: I used guacamole, lettuce, spring onion, salsa and vegan cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Heat your chilli non carne meal in the microwave for 2min30sec
- Place the nachos in a oven proof dish
- Add the “meat” and top with cheese then place in the oven until the cheese is melted.
- Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy !
