Packed with plant protein they're the perfect guilt-free treat for any time of day, they're very fudgy and moist from the sweet potato. This recipe promises to tantalize your taste buds while nourishing your body.

dry ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup cake wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp smul vanilla protein powder
  • 2 squares 85% dark chocolate/dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup skinny hot chocolate/cocoa powder

wet ingredients:
  • 2 tsp almond nut butter 
  • 1 cup mashed sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
    method:
    1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/356°F and line a bread pan with parchment paper/baking paper.
    2. Mix together the sweet potato, cake wheat flour, baking powder, salt and skinny hot chocolate powder/cocoa powder.
    3. Then throw in the smul vanilla protein powder, along with the raw honey and nut butter.
    4. Lastly, add in the dark chocolate chunks and transfer the brownie mix to the pan.
    5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until desired fudginess.
