Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of ground chia seeds
  • ½ cup smul Caramel Protein Powder
  • Sprinkle of dark chocolate chips
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. reheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients: peanut butter, coconut sugar, ground chia seeds, smul Caramel Protein Powder, and dark chocolate chips.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. If desired, sprinkle a bit of flaky sea salt on top of each cookie.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes for a chewy texture.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
