These protein pancakes make for a breakfast that feels like a treat and delivers a nourishing, protein-packed start to the day!🥞💪
All you need:
- 2 Eggs
- 125g Woolworths Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
- 80ml Buttanutt Almond Milk
- 120g Cake Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 40g smul Vanilla Protein Powder
Method:
1. Add eggs, yoghurt, milk, flour, baking powder, and vanilla protein powder to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick pan to low-medium heat and grease with a small amount of oil or cooking spray.
3. Spoon the pancake batter onto the pan then spread into a pancake shape.
4. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the bottom has browned, then flip and cook for another minute or two.
5. Stack the pancakes on a plate, then top with more yoghurt, berries, and nut butter of your choice.
