Think of silky pistachio butter, warm vanilla notes, and a drizzle of dark chocolate — all rolled into bite-sized eats that feel as good as they taste. These Dubai-style protein bites are effortless to make and powered by smul vanilla protein, turning a simple snack moment into something a little more special.

Here’s how to make it: 

Ingredients:
 • 100g pistachio butter
 • 80g liquid sweetener
 • 120g oats
 • 50g smul Vanilla Protein Powder
 • 50g dark chocolate (100g if fully coating)
 • 30g pistachios (optional)

Method: 

1.    Mix pistachio butter, liquid sweetener, oats, and protein powder until completely combined.
2.    If the mixture feels dry, add 1 to 3 teaspoons of liquid sweetener or a splash of water.
3.    Roll into 12 golf ball-sized balls.
4.    Chill for 10 minutes.
5.    Drizzle with dark chocolate and sprinkle on some chopped pistachios (or you can dip and coat the bites completely in melted dark chocolate).


Chewy, chocolatey, pistachio-packed bliss.
