Double Chocolate Brownie Batter Overnight Oats

Chilling time: At least 4 hours or overnight
Ingredients
- 50g rolled oats
- 20g smul Chocolate Protein Powder
- 10g cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon coffee powder
- 120g Greek yoghurt
- 100ml milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 10g dark chocolate chips
- Crushed walnuts and additional dark chocolate chips for topping, optional
Method
- Add the rolled oats, smul Chocolate Protein Powder , cocoa powder, chia seeds, coffee powder, Greek yoghurt, milk, honey and dark chocolate chips to a jar or bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until smooth and fully combined, making sure there are no dry pockets of protein powder or cocoa powder.
- Top with crushed walnuts and additional dark chocolate chips, if using.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least four hours.
- Give the oats a good stir before serving. Enjoy them as they are, or add a splash of milk for a creamier consistency.
