Simply mix everything together, leave it in the fridge overnight and wake up to a convenient breakfast that is ready to grab and enjoy. It’s an easy meal-prep option for busy mornings when you need something satisfying without spending time in the kitchen.

PB & J Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 30g smul Strawberry Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 120g double-cream plain yoghurt
  • 125ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 80g strawberries, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Method

  1. Add the rolled oats, smul Strawberry Protein Powder, chia seeds, yoghurt, milk, honey or maple syrup and mashed strawberries to a bowl.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Spread the peanut butter around the inside of a jar. Alternatively, lightly fold it through the oat mixture.
  4. Spoon the oat mixture into the jar or an airtight container.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Give the oats a stir before serving and enjoy.
