Ingredients

200g dark chocolate

150g plain yoghurt

120g nut or seed butter
Method
1. Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
2. Melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
3. Stir in the yoghurt, nut butter, and protein powder until combined.
4. Add the Greek yogurt and whisk until smooth and glossy.
5. Transfer to the loaf pan and smooth the top.
6. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours, or until firm enough to slice.
7. Cut into squares and keep stored in the freezer or fridge.
