Do you want to wake up excited for breakfast? Make these Cappuccino overnight oats.

It takes less than 5 minutes to meal-prep, it’s packed with fiber and protein AND you get that extra boost of caffeine that is very much needed some days!

These overnight oats will keep you full and satisfied for hours, and honestly… it kinda tastes like dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 50g oats

  • 30g smul caffe latte protein powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 120g double cream plain yoghurt

  • 125ml black coffee

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp yoghurt for topping

  • 1 tbsp choc chips

Method:

1. Add protein powder, oats, chia seeds, black coffee, yoghurt, and honey or maple syrup to a bowl or meal-prep container/jar.

2. Mix well until fully combined.

3. Top with extra yoghurt and chocolate chips.

4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
