1. Turmeric-Tahini Dressing

Anti-inflammatory & creamy

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, for balance)
  • 1 small garlic clove, grated
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2–4 tbsp water, to thin to desired consistency

Instructions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl or blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust the water gradually until the dressing reaches your desired thickness.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

2. Miso-Ginger Dressing

Gut-friendly & immune-boosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp white or yellow miso paste
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1–2 tbsp water, to thin

Instructions:

  1. Whisk or blend all ingredients until smooth and emulsified.
  2. Add more water to reach your preferred consistency.

3. Lemon-Garlic Olive Oil Dressing

Simple, fresh & heart-healthy

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced or grated
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for emulsification)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or shake in a jar with a lid.
    Let sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the garlic to mellow before serving.
