Strawberry Matcha Latte (Iced)

Ingredients (1 serving)

     120 g fresh strawberries

     ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup

     180 to 200 ml milk of choice

     1 tsp smul ceremonial grade matcha

     60 ml hot water

     Ice

Method

  1. Blend the strawberries with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Spoon the strawberry mixture into the bottom of a glass.
  3. Fill with ice.
  4. Pour over 180 to 200 ml milk.
  5. Whisk the matcha with 60 ml hot water until smooth and frothy.
  6. Pour the matcha over the milk and gently stir before drinking.

Salted Date Caramel Matcha Latte (Iced)

Creamy, naturally sweet, and perfectly balanced with a subtle salted finish.

Ingredients (1 serving)

     2 Medjool dates, pitted

     2 tbsp hot water

     Big pinch sea salt

     180 to 200 ml milk of choice

     1 tsp smul ceremonial grade matcha

     60 ml hot water

     Ice

Method

  1. Blend the dates, 2 tbsp hot water, and salt until smooth and caramel-like.
  2. Spoon the salted date caramel into the bottom of a glass.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Pour over 180 to 200 ml milk.
  5. Whisk the matcha with 60 ml hot water until smooth and frothy.
  6. Pour the matcha over the milk and stir before drinking.

Mango Coconut Matcha Latte (Iced)

Tropical, creamy, and naturally vibrant.

Ingredients (1 serving)

     120 g fresh or frozen mango

     ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup

     180 to 200 ml full fat coconut milk

     1 tsp smul ceremonial grade matcha

     60 ml hot waterb

     Ice

Method

  1. Blend the mango with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Add the mango purée to a glass.
  3. Fill with ice.
  4. Pour over 180 to 200 ml full fat coconut milk.
  5. Whisk the matcha with 60 ml hot water until smooth.
  6. Slowly pour the matcha over the coconut milk. Stir before drinking or leave lightly layered.
