● 180 to 200 ml milk of choice
● 1 tsp smul ceremonial grade matcha
● 60 ml hot water
● Ice
Method
- Blend the strawberries with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Spoon the strawberry mixture into the bottom of a glass.
- Fill with ice.
- Pour over 180 to 200 ml milk.
- Whisk the matcha with 60 ml hot water until smooth and frothy.
